My experience at Colonade was far from ideal. While I noticed some newly renovated rooms with fresh furnishings, the overall cleanliness left a lot to be desired. I was unnerved by the presence of loiterers, which turned out to be full-time residents, and to top it off, I had a nightmare with cockroaches in my kitchenette. If you're looking for a comfortable and clean stay, you might want to explore other options.
